Friday 25th August
Last day, best day. We ordered some tasty Mickey waffles to the room. Watched Cars 3 while Mummy finished packing. Decided it was best to get dressed and head to Typhoon Lagoon.

We didn’t realise that getting a bus to Typhoon Lagoon took a lot longer than expected. We spent a lovely afternoon letting the boys playing in the rapids, kids rapids and lazy river. We even got some impressive ice creams including a Hai Hai from Moana (raspberry and vanilla ice cream with a special cone and sweets on top). No phones in Typhoon Lagoon so the only picture from today was on the way back outside the hotel lobby.

We talked about home schooling, the weather, England, Florida and places for our next adventure. We are feeling truly grateful and thankful that we could bring the boys on this epic adventure.
When Daddy was younger he would go to his Mums friend house (Barbara and Terry) and in their alcove next to the fish tank was a photo of them as a family at the Magic Kingdom. I wanted that so bad when I was a kid. We feel very proud that we have been able to do this for the kids and hopefully our photos (there are literally thousands) will conjure up wonderful happy memories!
I (Daddy) have truly enjoyed writing this blog and every night for 70 nights I’ve sat down and not scrolled through social media or watched cat videos on YouTube. I’ve gone through and documented what happened each day, my hope is that we can re-read the blog in the future and enjoy the days over and over again. We have so many people back home who we wanted to keep updated, and this blog has been an amazing resource for that.
Tomorrow we are travelling back to England, it’s going to be tiring and stressful, but we will be heading home and that’s all that matters. We can do anything if we support each other! Team Hunter onto the next adventure!
